How does this upgrade affect me?

During this upgrade, you may experience a short interruption in connectivity with financial management programs that utilize account information pulled directly from NB Business Online Banking.

  • Intuit product users (Quickbooks Online and Express Web): We’ve already notified Intuit and your access should be restored within 48 hours of the upgrade.
  • Other financial management software users: If you encounter any issues following the upgrade, please reach out to your specific financial management company directly. Inform them that you are a Needham Bank customer who recently upgraded to a new Online Banking theme and ask them to update their aggregation scripts.
