During business hours, call 781-444-2100, and follow the prompt to Debit Card. A representative will assist you in closing your card, reviewing transaction activity for unauthorized transactions, filing a claim if needed, and issuing a replacement card.

You can change your PIN through NB My Cards. Log into NB Online Banking, click “Additional Services”, access “My Cards”, and then select “Set PIN” under Manage Card. You can also do this via the NB Mobile app—under “More”, access “My Cards”, and then select “Set PIN” under Manage Card.

In the event you experience an unexpected decline on a purchase, our debit card monitoring system notifies you via text/email/phone and a callback number is provided, so that we may rectify the issue immediately. For your own account security, transactions that appear out of your ordinary spending pattern (foreign or domestic) are sometimes denied.
For your protection, if traveling outside your normal purchasing area, please let us know when and where you are traveling so we may put a note on your account.
