On September 4th, Needham Bank announced that Rhiannon Hernandez had joined the Commercial & Industrial Lending team as Vice President, SBA Relationship Manager. Ms. Hernandez brings over 15 years of bank management and business development experience to her new role. Most recently she was Vice President, Relationship Manager at Citizens Bank where she developed consultative relationships with small business clients with annual revenues ranging from $500K-$5MM.
“The Small Business Lending team is an important and growing sector of our business at Needham Bank,” Mr. Semizoglou commented. “Rhiannon has a depth of experience with small businesses and SBA lending guidelines that we look for and we are pleased to welcome her to our team.”

In addition to her work experience, Ms. Hernandez holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing/Business Administration from Johnson & Wales University and has completed C & I Credit Analyst Training from Credit Training Inc.
